• Combined balances as of August 31, 2026 total $ 739,997.89
• Approve payment of bills totaling $ 37,711.68
• Approve payroll and payroll taxes in the amount of $ 20,445.03

NEW BUSINESS

1. Motion to approve the bid of Dutchman Contracting, LLC in the amount of $76,305 for purchase and installation of liner panels and insulation in the storage building.
2. Motion to approve Back Mountain Community Partnership LSA Resolution 07-2026 For the purchase of a yard waste recycler operated by DAMA.
